Error Spotlight: Not as Described
I was going to make this about one game in particular, but I decided to cover multiple games where things weren't as described. The first ones i'll cover is a couple of Sega Master System games. Did you Know that some copies of Cloud Master talk about wild west deasperodoes.

This particular text is from a game called Wanted which is also the second game in this couple because there are copies of it with Cloud Masters text on the reverse this mated pair of games have always been on my radar.

Next up is a multigame pack which contained three budget titles for the playstation one. Tommo 3 for 1 volume 3 which contained 3 games All-Star Slammin' D-Ball ,Snowboarding and Shooter Space Shot. where it describes Shooter Space Shot with the All-Star Slammin' D-Ball text.

Continuing with the Tommo 3 for 1's this time it's Vol 5, which gives a description to racing which has many wrong things listed In Racing - You can not choose the weather or the time of day. There is no A class or B Class. It's Regular, Pro, Extreme. The Modes Are Racing, Mirrored, and Rally.

The Star of the show here is one game released on the ps2 released in 2004.

Looking at the back and at the Spanish and German text. you can see the German text matches exactly. However looking at the Spanish text in both it doesn't match exactly. The text on Taxi Rider talks about the navel battles of World War One. While the Iron Sea talks of the Second World War. On to the red text the first difference we come across is 'a tu mando' on Iron Sea vs 'a tu cargo' on Taxi Rider. The next difference is in the sentence "¡Despliega una fuerza destructiva contra tus enemigos!" on Iron Sea vs "CONTROL LIBERA UNA FUERZA DESTRICTIVA CONTRA TU ENEMIGO" on Taxi Rider. Theres even several differences in the bullet points.
All the text differences look to say pretty much the same thing but only using different words ,but they seem to point only to one thing that the Spanish text on Taxi Rider looks alomst like some early version of the final text used for this game. Thanks for taking a look at some of the times where games weren't as described.
